Delivery Information
General Local landline phone is needed for all orders. If the address and/or phone are incorrect or missing, no complaint for non-delivery or late delivery will be accepted. Extra re-delivery charges may also be requested once the correct information is obtained.
Delivery time Weekdays: 10AM-6PM; Saturday: 10AM-1PM.
Same-Day Delivery Same day delivery is available for most of orders confirmed before 10:00. However, substitution with similar items of equivalent or higher value may occur when necessary for all same-day orders.
Peak hours Delivery is not guaranteed for Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons or Sundays. During months May thru September - if weather conditions are extreme, wrapped items maybe put into containers without notice
