Payment Options

At Ciaoflora.vn, you can pay online for your orders via 1. Paypal, 2. International Creditcard (Visa, Master, JCB) and 3. Vietnamese Domestic Bank Cards.

1. ONLINE PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL (AUTOMATICIALLY)

After completing order with selection of payment via Paypal, the browser will automatically direct you to Paypal's payment page. You will be required to enter Paypal account (email) and password to login account and make payment.

Note: Please pay attention to the "shipping address", leave empty or fill the exact address to ship items to (as in the order). If the default adress can not be changed, don't worry! Just make sure you has input the right address before when check-out in our website.

If problem during online process occurs, you can

1. Make payment later, by transfering total amount to our Paypal account at payment@ciaoflora.vn with note "Payment for order number ***. 

2. or click this link https://www.paypal.me/ciaoflora and send total amount to Ciaoflora.

STEP BY STEP:

Step 1: Please fill information to highlight blank (ie. Delivery Sate/time, Recipient's phone...) before ADD this item to CART

Step 2: Click ADD to CART

Step 3: View your cart and click CHECK-OUT button.

Step 4: Choose Checkout Option. If you are registered member, just input your email and password, then Login.
If you want to check-out without register, choose Guest checkout, then click continue

Step 5:  Give us order information (ie. customer contact, shipping address..) by filling in all requested blanks. Click continue...

Step 6: Please select the preferred payment method to use on this order, then continue to review the order

• PAYPAL: You can pay with your Paypal (Online, Automatically)

If all information is correct, click confirm the order.

2. PAY WITH CREDITCARD (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)

- Stick Payment Method: Credit Card (Visa, Master, JCB) then click confirm.

Then click logo VISA, MASTER, JCB then input all information as requested (Click the flag in top-right corner for English version)

After checkout, the payment gateway supplier might contact to ask more inpormation to verify the transaction. Please accept their request so that they can approve for this transtion as soon as possible.

Payment fee will be added as payment gateway policy.

If problem during online process occurs:

- Make payment via Paypal by click this link: https://www.paypal.me/ciaoflora, and input the total in USD.

- Send request payment to payment@ciaoflora.vn, we will send you the payment link. 

- Our accountant will send a payment link then you can click the link and pay with your credit card one more time.  

 CHECKOUT WITH VIETNAM DOMESTIC BANK CARDS

You can choose Credit Card (Visa, Master, JCB) then click confirm.

After that, you can click the logo of Vietnam Domestic Bank Cards below Visa, Masterm JCB Logo.

• ​Cash On Delivery:

Available for all customers in HCMC only but NOT available in peak time (Valentine, Teacher, Women's Day...). Our staff will contact to get confirmation from you the soonest.

NOTES:

Online payment gateway such as OnePay, Paypal, VTCPAY are major and prestigious partners which have been certified and ensured by Ciaoflora Vietnam and th third network security organizations as safe payment gateway for customers. Right after you make payment (click the "Continue payment" button), website will direct to a secured environment of online payment providers. From this moment, you will perform payment actions following instructions in the web page of the provider and bound to terms of use of such units.

All actions for entering credit card information will be performed in secured environment (https://) of partners providing online payment services. Ciaoflora Vietnam does not collect or store your credit card information.

Ciaoflora Vietnam is entitled to decline performing orders without stating reasons in case it assumes that the received online transactions are of high risk. In these cases, we will consult the persons in charge of the payment portals, or refund 100% amount of the order in the method that you have used for payment.
