Delivery Policy

Ciaoflora can deliver flowers and gifts to virtually all provinces - cities in Vietnam. Naturally, our delivery service is subject to local conditions. Delivery is usually available within 4-6 hours for domestic service and up to 24-36 hours for oversea service, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time zones and local conditions.

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have filled the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Delivery to rural areas may take 02 full days. If there are any extra costs for delivery, we will contact you while processing the order. We take personal care of all orders we receive.

Please be aware that our delivery staff will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items(s).

In case the recipient refuse to get the goods, we will take them back to our store and inform sender, asking for instruction. If we fails to make contact with sender after 6 hours or/and the recipient keep their decision that don't want to get flowers/goods, order will be set finished normally. Within this time, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. No complaination accepted if quality of flowers reduce in this case. 

Recipient descision is the final descision. We do not refund orders in the event a recipient refuses to accept a delivery. 

Extral fee may be asked for more if the delivery address is too far from our closest office.


Normal delivery time and service time: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM weekdays.
Delivery time before 9:00 AM (7:00 - 9:00); after 5:00 PM (17:00 - 19:00) may be chosen but not guaranteed on Monday, and/or for far address, and/or urgent cases. The extra fee paid won't be refund but added to value of order.

Most of items can be delivered the same day within Vietnam. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 03:00 PM, Monday - Friday, or before 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.  Otherwises, delivery date will be changed to next day.
Delivery fee will be added in cases out of mentioned service time. However, if we cannot deliver flowers as requested time while service extra fee added, this fee will be add to the value of flowers for a bigger/better products.

We would be happy to honor requests for specific time deliveries namely AM, PM or by a specific time, such as by 4:00 PM., if the order is placed 24 hours in advance. At 4th step on order process, you can note: delivery date/time  in "Add Comments About Your Order" field.. We will make every effort to meet your special delivery requests; however, in some cases, delivery may not be possible by the requested time due to circumstances beyond our control.
Note: We are unable to accommodate specific times during the two day period prior to and including the major floral holidays: Valentine's Day, Women’s Day, Mothers’ Day, Teachers’ Day, New Year Day... Also, in general, we are not responsible for late deliveries caused by acts of God = (weather conditions, storms, hurricanes, earth quakes, etc...) and no refunds will be issued for these reasons. The delivery will occur on the next possible delivery date.

Delivery within Vietnam is not guaranteed on national holiday like New Year, Tet (Lunar New Year) Holiday, Women’s day, Teachers’ Day… Before these major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. If your delivery is urgent please call the hotline on +84 903 905 68 for up-to-the-minute advice on delivery availability. 
Ciaoflora Việt Nam treats funeral orders with the highest of priority. Please help us make your experience flawless by supplying the following information in the address details or special instructions: Full name of the deceased - Name and address of the funeral home and name and phone number of a relative will be needed - Date and time of the funeral

It is possible to select a preferred delivery time within the order process for items ordered from the 'Sympathy' & 'Funeral' product ranges. This option should be used only for orders requesting delivery to funerals or funeral parlours. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered prior to the time selected, no guarantee for delivery by the time specified can be given. To assist us in meeting your preference, please ensure your order is placed at least two working days prior to the preferred delivery time. Besides, we will contact recipient via phone to confirm service time for delivery.
In the case of delivery to funeral, the signature of Funeral Director authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. 
The florists in our network are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.
Interflora Vietnam will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU (Intensive/Critical Care) patients are not permitted to receive flowers. We suggest you check with the hospital first as many ICU units do not accept flowers or gifts
For security reasons, many schools do not allow flower deliveries. If you place an order for delivery to a school, we can attempt the delivery however, we cannot guarantee the school will permit the florist to complete it. 
Please ensure someone will be home on the day you request for delivery. If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:
1. Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
2. Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
3. Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
4. Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor, if neighbor accepting to receive and place a message on the recipient's door with this information.
