General Please ensure that the recipient’s address is correct and that someone is available to receive the gift. If no phone number of the recipient given, delivery cannot be guaranteed. If possible, please indicate nearest, well known place (eg building or hotel). We cannot deliver to:army camps, ports, Jurong island, airport cargo complex. For delivery to Sentosa Island, a delivery surcharge of $20 applies. Our customer service staff will contact you with more details.
Delivery time Weekdays: 9AM-6PM; Saturday: 9AM-1PM.
Same-Day Delivery Same day delivery is available for all orders confirmed before 13:00. However, substitution with similar items of equivalent or higher value may occur when necessary
Peak hours Delivery is not guaranteed for Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons or Sundays. Peak Period: December – February and May
Funeral Orders Please note the name of the deceased, funeral home and time of service on the order.
