Delivery Information
General	Local landline phone is needed for all orders. If the address and/or phone are incorrect or missing, no complaint for non-delivery or late delivery will be accepted. Extra re-delivery charges may also be requested once the correct information is obtained.
Same-Day Delivery	Same day delivery is available for most of orders confirmed before 10:00. However, substitution with similar items of equivalent or higher value may occur when necessary for all same-day orders.
Funeral Orders	Please note the following information on a funeral order: name of deceased, name of funeral home, time of services. A contact phone number either of a family member or a funeral home. Bouquet items are only available for home delivery
