General Local landline phone is needed for all orders. If the address and/or phone are incorrect or missing, no complaint for non-delivery or late delivery will be accepted. Extra re-delivery charges may also be requested once the correct information is obtained.
Delivery time Weekdays: 9AM-6PM; Saturday: 9AM-1PM.
Same-Day Delivery Same day delivery is available for all orders confirmed before 11:00. However, substitution with similar items of equivalent or higher value may occur when necessary
Peak hours Delivery is not guaranteed for Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons or Sundays. During months May thru September - if weather conditions are extreme, wrapped items maybe put into containers without notice
